Carbon Reduction Statement

At Deans Group and through our subsidiary businesses Innovative Security Solutions, Innovative, Cleaning Services Ltd, Training 4 Employment Ltd and Staff 4 Employment Ltd we recognise the urgent need to address climate change and are committed to taking meaningful steps towards reducing our carbon footprint. While we do not currently hold a formal carbon reduction certification, we are actively implementing measures to minimise our environmental impact and support the global transition to Net Zero.

Our approach to environmental management includes practical strategies to reduce energy consumption, lower emissions, and operate more sustainably. We are continuously reviewing our operational processes to identify areas where we can improve efficiency and reduce waste. This includes the adoption of electric vehicles, prioritising energy-efficient technologies, optimising our supply chain, and encouraging responsible resource use across our organisation.

In addition to these internal efforts, we are exploring partnerships with industry experts and environmental organisations to develop a structured carbon reduction plan. This plan will outline clear objectives, measurable targets, and actionable steps that align with best practices in sustainability. Our long-term goal is to achieve Net Zero emissions by adopting progressive environmental policies and integrating sustainable practices into our daily operations.

As we move forward, we are committed to transparency in our efforts and will work towards obtaining relevant certifications that demonstrate our dedication to carbon reduction. In delivering this contract, we will apply these principles by minimising our environmental impact wherever possible, ensuring that our work aligns with sustainability objectives.

We understand that addressing climate change requires a collective effort, and we are determined to play our part in creating a more sustainable future. Our environmental management measures are in development and although we are at the beginning of our journey, we fully intend to integrate sustainability into our business operations. If awarded this contract, we will actively seek opportunities to implement greener solutions to support environmental objectives.
