Dean’s Group was not created as a holding brand or a marketing construct.

It was built in response to recurring operational challenges observed across multiple sectors – the inefficiencies, risks and inconsistencies caused by fragmented service delivery.

Before forming the group, we operated individual services independently and experienced first-hand how siloed suppliers create:

Rather than adding another layer of contractors, we designed a single integrated group structure – bringing four essential operational services together under one accountable model.

Our Journey

{2010} Founded
Training for Employment

We established our first security training centre in Birmingham, responding to a clear need for properly trained, compliant security professionals.

{2012} Founded
Innovative Security Solutions

As clients faced increasing security and compliance pressures, we launched our security services division to deliver SIA-licensed guarding aligned with real operational risk.

{2017} Founded
Innovative Cleaning Services

We expanded into commercial and industrial cleaning to support hygiene compliance, presentation standards and service consistency across client sites.

{2020} Founded
Staff for Employment

Recognising that workforce instability was a major operational risk, we created our recruitment division to align hiring, vetting and deployment with site and sector requirements.

{2021} Dean’s Group
was established

We unified these services under one group to provide a coordinated, accountable facilities management model – bringing security, cleaning, workforce training and management together within a single operating framework.
