Our Story
Dean’s Group, based in Birmingham, has grown from a small security training provider, founded in 2010, into a multi-industry services group offering cost-effective services and expertise in Security Solutions, Recruitment, Corporate Cleaning, a wide range of Training Courses, and licencing. Within the past 11 years, we have grown in numbers and professionally.
As a customer-focused service provider, Dean’s Group has developed a range of nationwide business services. We tailor our services to the needs of each client. All our services are specifically designed for the Commercial, Corporate, Retail, and Private sectors. We have the experience and resources to meet your business needs.

Training for Employment Limited opened its first Security Training Centre in Birmingham, Small Heath. A few months later, further centres were opened in Leicester, Nottingham, Manchester, and Liverpool.
2012

Innovative Security Solutions
Following the increasing demand for licenced security guards, our founder Riz Dean expands his venture and founds Innovative Security Solutions Limited. He opens a range of employability opportunities within the Security Industry to the local community.

Innovative Cleaning Services
We diversify and begin our Corporate Cleaning Services, providing a wide range of professional cleaning services within the West Midlands and creating hundreds of new vacancies.

Expanding further, Staff for Employment Limited was incorporated, providing temporary and permanent recruitment services within the Warehouses & Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution, Cleaning, Security, and the Construction industry.

Dean’s Group was established
Today, we operate as a Dean’s Group across all four industry sectors, Training, Security, Cleaning and Recruitment, with more than 400 employees across 4 offices. We are active in nearly every region of the UK.
